features
the main body of the machine consists of three pressing rollers, one datum roller and two pressing rollers. the two processes of pre pressing and constant thickness pressing are completed in one time. the pre pressing roller is arranged horizontally, and the constant thickness roller is arranged up and down, the servo valve is used to control the gap and pressure of the roll. the pressure is stable and the precision is high. it can solve the major problems of the old-fashioned film rolling machine, such as the head fragment, the tablet extension, the edge of the foil line, the different density of single and double sides compaction, and the impact of large gap running belt.
